1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RugProofFun LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Nature

RugProofFun LLC operates a decentralized protocol for creating and trading memecoins. The Platform provides infrastructure only. We do not create, issue, endorse any token, provide investment advice, guarantee value or liquidity, or operate as a broker, exchange, or custodian.

3. No Expectation of Profit

All tokens are memecoins for entertainment purposes only. They have no utility, no underlying assets, and no expectation of profit. Creator revenue sharing is a retroactive fee rebate program, not a profit distribution.

4. Non-Custodial

The Platform is non-custodial. You retain full control of your assets. We never hold or control your private keys or funds.

5. Assumption of Risk

Smart contracts may contain bugs. Token prices are volatile and may go to zero. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Regulatory changes may affect trading. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

6. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of U.S.-sanctioned countries are prohibited from using the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Coin Removal and Delisting

RugProofFun reserves the right to remove or delist any coin that violates platform content standards, without refund of the creation fee.

9. Prohibited Trading Activity

Wash trading is strictly prohibited. You may not buy and sell tokens to fabricate volume, use multiple wallets or bots to simulate genuine trading activity, or manipulate prices, liquidity, or any leaderboard, ranking, or reward program. RugProofFun may withhold rebates, delist coins, and report manipulative activity connected to such behavior.

10. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including securities laws and advertising laws. You may not promote or trade tokens in violation of securities regulations in your jurisdiction, and you must follow all applicable advertising disclosure rules when promoting any token or the Platform. Nothing on the Platform is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Wallet addresses (when you connect), email addresses (only if you use email-based wallet creation), transaction data (all on-chain activity is public), and technical data (IP address, browser type).

2. What We Don't Collect

Private keys, government ID, payment details, biometric data, location beyond IP-derived country.

3. How We Use Data

To process transactions, calculate fee rebates, improve platform performance, and comply with sanctions screening. We never sell your data.

4. Blockchain Data

All transactions are permanently public on the blockchain. We cannot modify or delete on-chain data.

5. Supported Wallets

RugProofFun supports Coinbase Smart Wallet and other Base-compatible wallets including MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, and Trust Wallet.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies.
